No.3705 of 2024 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner on 24.10.2024 in Crl. M.P. No.3705 of 2024 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition for not even a single day.

3. The petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10 a.m. Though the other co-accused have complied the condition, this petitioner had not complied the condition. He sought for relaxation of condition and the same was dismissed by the trial Court, 2/4

since the petitioner did not comply the condition.

4. At this stage, the petitioner is sought for modification of condition. Since the petitioner has not complied the condition even for a single day, this petition cannot be entertained.
