Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioners proposal sent by the 4th respondent, to regularize forthwith his services of the petitioner in the Post of Assistant with effect from the date of Promotion on 21.09.2015, granting all the applicable increments and pay the
difference in pay up to date by considering the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2025.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioners proposal sent by the 4th respondent, to regularize forthwith his services of the petitioner in the Post of Assistant with effect from the date of Promotion on 21.09.2015, granting all the applicable increments and pay the difference in pay up to date by considering the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2025. However, the respondents are wantonly delaying the passing of orders on the regularization of service. Hence, the present writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
