Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash award passed by the 1st respondent dated 20.07.2010 in I.D.No.50 of 1993 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law 1 / 4

and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to restore the position of the petitioner with all wages and other attendant benefits, award costs. For Petitioner : Mr.Balan Haridas For Respondents : R-1 - Court R-2- Mr.M.S.Palanisamy O RDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the workman's cause was taken up by the Union, he is not able to bring the legal heirs of the workman on record for want of particulars. The counsel therefore prays that the writ petition may be closed recording his submissions.
