Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fourth Respondent to include the item Daily Market, viz., fixation of payment of daily rent to the daily vegetables shops at the market rate or PWD assigned rates by the Fourth Respondent and collection of toll fee at the Daily Vegetable Market at Arcot in the annual (3 years) Notification dated 29.01.2021 issued by the Fourth Respondent and issue fresh notification by conducting auction for the same or handover the existing shops to the present members without auction at the prevailing market rates or PWD rates whichever is higher.
