Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner, shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.54 & 56 of 2021 order dated 22.01.2021, respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) These applications are filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.54 and 56 of 2021, dated 22.01.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.54 and 56 of 2021, dated 22.01.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
