ORDER

This petition was filed in the year 2016. On 06.09.2016, only notice through Court as well as privately, was ordered. Thereafter, on 19.04.2018, time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners, till 15.06.2018, for complying with certain requirements, including payment of batta and the matter has been kept pending till now, without any progress. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.
