PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26804 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.26804 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
