This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the order of this court dated 21.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.687 of 2021 in respect of name and place of the court to whose satisfaction surety bonds have to be executed as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri,Krishnagiri District" in the place of "Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri".

2. The learned counsel would submit that because of a typographical error committed by him in the petition itself, the Court to whose satisfaction bail bonds have to be executed, has been described in the order as 'Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri' whereas the correct description of the Court should be "Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District".

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has got no serious objection.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the description of the court to whose satisfaction the bail bonds have to be submitted be read as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri,Krishnagiri District". Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this court for surrender and execution of surety bonds is extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
