CRIME NO.186 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order i.e petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before cantonment police station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.NO.33825 OF 2019 ordered on 16.12.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.P.SAVITHA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33825 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019, the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
