ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.01.2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances 1/3

Act, 1985 in Crime No.5 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner earlier filed a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23619 of 2024 and the points raised herein are already considered by this Court and by order dated 18.10.2024, rejected the relief of bail and there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner.
