The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to open the seal put up in the petitioner-Company, namely, UFE Tool Makers at No.2, SF.No.42/1A, Rajeshwari Layout, Sipcot Post, Hosur-635 126, Krishnagiri District and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

handover the same to them.

Mr.SP.Chockalingam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank states that proceedings were initiated before the DRT-III, Chennai and pursuant to the decree, the movables, which were lying inside the premises, were sold out in an auction and the premises was handed over to the owner/landlord. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
