(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Vennila, aged 15 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police and her parents are also present in the open Court.

3. On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is brought by the respondent police and expressed her willingness to go along with her parents and the parents of the detenue are also willing to take back their daughter.
