ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining non-compliance of the order dated 24.05.2017 passed by this Court in WMP No. 14118 of 2017 in WP No. 13135 of 2017.

When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Counsel produced a copy of the proceedings bearing Rc.No.1814/ RD4/2021 dated 11.08.2021 passed by the respondent by which the petitioner was temporarily promoted to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer and posted in the office of the Block Development Officer, Thalainayar. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the order dated 11.08.2021 passed by the respondent in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court. 3.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. This Court records the earnest efforts taken by Mr. Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Government Counsel for reporting compliance of the interim order passed by this Court.
