This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the petitioner bail satisfaction Court as XVIII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, instead of XVII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.896 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024.

3.Considering the submission, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking bail in Crl.O.P.No.896 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 23.01.2024.
