This Court passed the following order on 15.02.2021: "For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second and third respondents to permit the petitioner to approach any notified hospital for second kidney transplant through Mr.S.Narayanan, an unrelated donor within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the said proposal by the notified hospital, the notified hospital shall forward the same to the Authorisation Committee as per Rule 19 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and the Authorisation Committee shall decide upon the proposal forwarded by the notified hospital within a period of two weeks thereafter. "

2. It is clarified that there is no prohibition for any notified hospital under the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 to forward the proposal to the Authorisation Committee viz., 2nd respondent herein without waiting for any letter from the 2nd and 3rd respondent. 03.03.2021 dsa Note:- Issue order copy by 04.03.2021.
