2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited in Crl.M.P.No.314 of 2022, dated 16.03.2022.

3. On perusal of the records, this Court directs the petitioner/wife to withdraw the amount deposited in Crl.M.P.No.314 of 2022, dated 16.03.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
