[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents herein to produce petitioner's husband Mahesh Kumar, aged 35 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The detenu has been produced by respondents. Petitioner/wife of detenu is present along with an infant child. On enquiry, detenu informs intent to go home with his wife and minor child. Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
