This petition is filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the C.M.P. to set aside the abatement caused in the Appeal Suit, due to the death of the sole appellant.

No representation for Respondents 1 to 6.

Respondents 7 and 8 have entered appearance and they have no objection for this petition being allowed.

We are also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
