This petition is filed to set aside the order, dated 31.03.2023, made in the above Appeal Suit, dismissing the appeal as abated, and to restore the appeal on file.

No representation for Respondents 1 to 6.

Respondents 7 and 8 have entered appearance and they have no objection for this petition being allowed.

We are also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
