C.M.P.No.2437 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.132330 of 2024 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

AND Dr. A.D.MARIA CLETE, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Jaisingh, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4.

Despite private notice having been served upon respondents 5 and 6, where an endorsement seems to have been made as "intimation delivered" and moreover respondent 6, being the owner of the vehicle, against whom no claim or challenge has been made in the main appeal, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and as the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 has no objection in allowing this petition, the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
