..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the order of the Central Information Commission, the 1st respondent herein, in decision No.5803/ IC(A) / 2010 F.No.CIC/MA/A/2010/000458, dated 25.08.2010 thereby direct the 1st respondent to take penal action as prescribed under the RTI Act against the respondents 2 & 3 and also consequently direct the 1st respondent to instruct
the respondents 2 & 3 to furnish the details as required by the petitioner in her RTI application dated 23.01.2010 inclusive of the supporting documents submitted to the 1st respondent Commission by the respondents 2 & 3 along with their reply / comments in the Second Appeal.
