Since A.No. 146 of 2017 is allowed, PW-1 is to be recalled for further cross examination on behalf of the first defendant. PW-1 is to appear before the learned Additional Master No.II, on 18.01.2017. The cross examination of PW-1 is to be conducted on a day today basis and if any adjournments are required, a gap of three working days may be granted. The cross examination of PW-1 is to be completed by the first defendant and also by the second defendant in a period of five working days. Subsequently, the further evidence has to be accorded by the learned Additional Master No.II. The matter to be posted before this Court on completion of evidence on 28.02.2017.
