ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct a fresh field measurement and demarcation of the petitioner's land, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on

the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the petitioner has also stated that the petitioner was unable to submit the application with the second respondent through online despite several attempts having been made. Only under those circumstances, the petitioner claims that she had submitted a representation to the respondents, seeking for fresh field measurement and demarcation of the petitioner's land. Since the representation of the petitioner has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring

land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
