The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the cheque towards pension arrears has already been disbursed and that all other attendant benefits will also be given as per the eligibility.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Contempt Petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to get a bus pass and other benefits.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
