The learned Official Assignee has filed a report dated 12.03.2020.

2. It is stated that the debtor was adjudicated as an insolvent on a creditor petition filed by Bank of Baroda, Mount Road Branch, Chennai, by an order of this Court dated 24.01.2000 and no application has been filed by the insolvent to discharge himself till date and as per report of the Official Assignee, no claim has been received in the estate.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the order of adjudication dated 24.01.2000 is annulled under Section 41 of the above said Act with a further direction that the asset of the insolvent is to vest with the Official Assignee continuously.
