ORDER

(Order of the Court made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c) for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments in the land comprised in Survey No.28/5B - 0.27.0 ares at V.Sithamur Village, National Highways Road, Thirukovilur to Villupuram, Villupuram District and put up bus stop on the said land.

2. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) has produced a letter dated 23.06.2019 of the Revenue Tahsildar, Kandachipuram, wherein it is stated that the said encroachments have been removed. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) further stated that setting up of bus stop on the said piece of land is under consideration by the authorities.
