Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to submit report as per the letter vide Na.Ka.389/2020/C1 issued by the 1st respondent on 31-03-2020 consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue patta to the petitioner with respect to vacant land situated at Mannurpet, Ambattur Taluk comprised in Survey No.14/17 to an extent of 3900 sq.ft considering the final decree passed on 02-02-2017 in I.A.No.328/2010 in O.S.No.363/1989 on the file of Hon'ble Sub-Court, Poonamalle within stipulated time. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to submit report as per the letter vide Na.Ka.389/2020/C1 issued by the 1st respondent on 31-03-2020 consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue patta to the petitioner with respect to vacant land situated at Mannurpet, Ambattur Taluk comprised in Survey No.14/17 to an extent of 3900 sq.ft considering the final decree passed on 02-02-2017 in I.A.No.328/2010 in O.S.No.363/1989 on the file of Hon'ble Sub-Court, Poonamalle within stipulated time. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 04.03.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the first respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
