Today when the matter is taken up under the caption 'for dismissal', it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had sent a registered letter on 02.08.2023 to the petitioner which was returned on 16.08.2023, with the postal endorsement "Addressee cannot be located. Return to sender". The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said facts may be recorded and the writ petition may be dismissed.
