O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2014.

2.Since this case is pending on the file of this Court from March 2014, this Court perused the materials available on record thoroughly before passing the following order. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 27.02.2014, it is seen that the petitioner suffers from eye impairment and his wife is deaf. It is alleged by the petitioner that one Devandran and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his wife are frequently quarrelling with him and on one day, they have even attacked him with broomstick. In the complaint, the petitioner has not even given the date on which the said incident occurred. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police in regard to the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2014. However, if any fresh complaint is given by the petitioner with full details, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law.

4.With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
