The petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the proceedings as against the petitioner in Crime No. 10 of 2021, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram on 31.12.2021.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the final report.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of. Meanwhile, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram to take the case on file and number it. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report in accordance with law, if grounds are made out.
