rpl 2.

On 31.03.2013, when the case came up for hearing, this Court found that the revision petitioner though permitted to take private notice to the respondent on 10.02.2020, steps were not taken to serve notice to the respondent and therefore, granted two weeks time to take steps. However, inspite of granting time to take steps, there is no representation and no proof of service filed indicating the respondent served with notice. Hence this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
