JUDGMENT

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the 3rd and 4th respondents in O.S.No.725 of 2009, which was pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Salem.

2. The said defendants had filed I.A.No.160 of 2011, in the said suit under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking stay of further proceedings, pending disposal of an earlier suit namely O.S.No.817 of 2002. That particular Interlocutory Application had been dismissed, necessitating filing of the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. However, it is informed that the suit in itself namely O.S.No.725 of 2009 had been dismissed by Judgment dated 23.04.2022.

4. In view of that particular fact, the Civil Revision Petition does not lie any further and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
