2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.687 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
