2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the respondents/claimants have filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.308 of 2014 challenging the very same judgment of the Tribunal and the same has been disposed of in favour of the claimants and hence, nothing further survives in this appeal.

3. Recording the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition also stands closed.
