ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 21.03.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2017, the 2nd respondent has not considered the same yet.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5, submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2017, on merits

and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
