This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not cause any harassment to the petitioner on the basis of the false complaint lodged by the defacto complainant pending on the file of the Inspector of Police All Women Police Station, M.K.B. Nagar Police Station, Chennai. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
