This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to extend the time for executing the security bond as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.09.2023 passed in the present Original Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed, by extending the time till 29.02.2024.
