The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3 to 5 respondents to Sub-Division and Patta Name Transfer of land pertaining to the property comprising Survey No.13/2C5A measuring 0.10 cents vide patta No.1704 situated at Melsiruvallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk Kallakurichi District within Registration District of Kallakurichi Sub-Registration District of Vadaponparappi on the basis of the petitioners Sub-Division and Patta Name Transfer application in application No.2022/ 0103/ 33/ 286520 dated 10.05.2022 within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.
2. In respect of the land at Survey No.13/2C5A measuring 0.10 cents vide patta No.1704 situated at Melsiruvallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk Kallakurichi District within Registration District of Kallakurichi Sub-Registration 2 / 4
District of Vadaponparappi, the petitioner had submitted an application on 10.05.2022 to survey the said land and subdivide the same for issuance of subdivision patta and in this regard the necessary fee also has been paid by the petitioner. Hence, in order to consider the said representation, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition.
2. Heard Mr.J.Agni Selvaraju learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the said application dated 10.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents 3 and 4 within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

KST "That there shall be a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the application dated 10.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner and do the needful by completing the survey as sought for by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
