When the writ petition came up for hearing on 07.07.2022, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the second respondent is no more and the learned counsel for the petitioner, sought time to get instructions to implead the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that thereafter, no steps have been taken by the petitioner to implead the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent. Again, when the matter came up on 15.12.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. Again today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take steps. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
