PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorari, to call for records of the 2nd respondent relating to the passing of the Impugned Order issued in proceedings No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E5/32092/2010 dt.12.10.2010 and quash the same and consequently, promote the petitioner as Assistant with effect from 01.03.2008.
