These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 2095 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the defendant deceased Mrs.Agnes Mary in TOS.No.18 of 2014; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the defendant Agnes Mary in the above TOS No.18 of 2014; to bring on record the legal heirs of the proposed defendants 1 to 12 as the defendants 2 to 13 in TOS.No.18 of 2014.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.
