ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his men involving in the harvest of Casuarina Trees from the agricultural land situated in S.No. 151/5 156/5 156/6 156/7B 156/8B 225/3 226/1 228/2 228/3 228/4 228/5 228/6 228/7 228/10 229/10 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
T.Edaiyar Village, Tiruvennainallur Taluk, Villupuram Taluk and in S.No. 149/1 Manakuppam Village Tiruvennainallur Taluk, Villupuram District.
2.The petitioner has sought for a police protection to cultivate and remove the Casuarina trees from his land as the 3rd respondent is causing hindrance to the same. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property. However, he added that the 3rd respondent has no objection in allowing the petitioner to cultivate and remove the Casuarina trees from the land.
4.In such view of the matter, no direction can be issued to the respondent police. This Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly.
