Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders of the first respondent dated 9.6.2005 issued in Na.Ka.No.3688/2000/B to quash the same and further direct the respondent herein to pay annual increments to the petitioner from 1983 and to refix his pay in the post of Executive Officer, Selection Grade Town Panchayat with effect from 6.9.86 and to pay arrears of pay, Pongal Bonus, pension, family benefit fund and other retirement benefits with 12% interest for the belated payment.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the order of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent dated 9.6.2005 and consequently direct the respondents to pay annual increments to the petitioner from 1983 and to refix his pay in the post of Executive Officer, Selection Grade Town Panchayat with effect from 6.9.86 and to pay all other retirement benefits with 12% interest for the belated payment.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the third respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in the year 2008 itself the petitioner's request has been considered and all retirement benefits have been extended to the petitioner. 4.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of.
