When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On instructions from this Court, the second respondent searched for the whereabouts of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader reports that the petitioner could not be traced. Further, the Suit filed by the fourth respondent in O.S.No.232 of 2010 said to have been decreed in favour of the fourth respondent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case submitted before this Court, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
