This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2016 and subsequently direct the respondent to enquiry the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 12.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
