When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pending the writ petition once again the writ petitioner was promoted as Middle School Head Master in Panchayat Union Middle School, Keezhnandhiyampadi, Thellar Panchayat Union by an order dated 20.05.2010 and thereafter the petitioner had even written a letter addressed to the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted through the respondents that in view of his promotion, he no longer wants to pursue the writ petition and he is withdrawing the writ petition.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order dpq
