ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the short-list of the third respondent herein for selection and admission as operator for the rural retail sales centre (Kisan Seva Kendra) for the location Erumadu Village in Nilgiris District for the Indian Oil Corporation as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and to direct respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner herein as operator for the said location.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that while pending the writ petition, dealership has been awarded in favour of the petitioner.
