Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ to call for the records in connection with the notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6431/2005/E1 dated 11.08.2005 and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and also to stay the operation of the notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6431/2005/E1 dated 11.08.2005 pending disposal of the above writ petition.

ORDER
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the order dated 11.08.2005 issued by the respondent questioning the date fixed for performing Maha Kumbhabisheham in the temple on 19.08.2005.
2.In view of the fact that the cause aroused for filing the present Writ Petition has become vanished, no further action is required in respect of the grant. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
