When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and thereafter, the same was adjourned to 10.11.2023. Even on the previous occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, as a last chance the matter was directed to be listed on 16.11.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".
