S.KOTTEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
